پرسشنامه طرد همسالان ساخته طهماسیان (۱۳۸۴) است که احساس نوجوان از مطرود یا محبوب بودن را در گروه همسالان می سنجد.
برای ساخت این پرسشنامه نخست بر اساس مبانی نظری موجود (نرث وی، بندورا، پاستورلی، باربارانی و کاپرارا، ۱۹۹۹) و نظرات تعدادی از معلمان دبیرستان، فهرستی از موقعیتهایی که دانش آموزن در آن گرد هم آمده و گروه تشکیل می دهند، فراهم شد و سرانجام پس از مطالعه آزمون های گروه سنجی موسسه مطالعات کودکان دانشگاه تورنتو (کوهن و ویلس، ۱۹۸۵) فهرستی از موقعیتهای مرتبط با کار گروهی و تشکیل گروه در نوجوانان استخراج گردید.
یک گروه متمرکز شامل چند دانشجوی دکترا و استادان روانشناسی فهرست استخراج شده را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده و ۱۵ گویه انتخاب کردند.
با اجرای آزمون گروه سنجی سه سوالی (ترث وی، ۱۹۸۰) محبوب ترین و مطرود ترین افراد کلاس شناسایی شدند که با نتایج آزمون طرد همسالان همخوانی داشت (طهماسیان، ۱۳۸۴).
